The Mumbai Shopping festival will start on 12th January 2018 and conclude on 31st January 2018. What a start to the year. Its not just a shopping festival. There is much more to it. Here’s what in store for us all.

What’s the hype about? It’s just another discount fest I guess!!

Wrong!! Of course there will be shopping and there will be discounts. But no, that’s not all.

 

There’s much more to it. To begin with, the shopping festival is truly a Mumbai festival as it spreads over entire Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and even the neighboring suburb of Mira-Bhayander. Various retail and e-commerce governing bodies have partnered in this Festival whose brand ambassador is none other than the Chief Minister of the State, Devendra Fadnavis. The chief minister will inaugurate this festival at Jio Gardens BKC on 12th January.

 

 

Major malls like High Street Phoenix, Vivianna, Inorbit, Infinity, R City etc. and Supermarkets like D-Mart, Big Baazar, Vijay Sales, Crossword and many more have partnered in this event. You shop for Rs. 500 and you stand a chance to win mega prizes like a dream house, a car, Gold, 100% cash backs, dream holidays, appliances and much more.

No, it’s not. Would you like to be entertained? Head over to the entertainment arenas all across Mumbai. 13 in all to be precise at locations including Airports, Beaches, Railways Station, Malls etc. Local and international genre artists will perform at ticketed and non ticketed events. You might just not have enough time to see them all.

The night bazaar of course. Open over the weekends at locations away from residential colonies, the night bazaar will keep you thrilled till 4 am. The Venues being Jio Gardens BKC, Mindspace Malad and Powai.

Are you a foodie? Nothing’s like a quick bite at the Food Trucks. In partnership with the Food Truck Association of India, the Mumbai Shopping Festival brings you the Food Trucks at famous hangout places like Worli Sea face, Mindspace Malad and Powai.

Watch out for the flashmobs performing over a hit number. Also watchout for your daily dabba delivered by the dabbawalla. You might get a major discount coupon in it.
